Collimated light source exposure machine is one of the essential equipment for fine line PCB manufacturing.

Collimated light source can provide evenly distributed light over a large PCB panel. In addition, the speed of exposure can be up to 3 panels/minute. Position accuracy can also be enhanced to +/-0.6mil while manual process is only about +/-3mil.
